Medical Office ReceptionistPay: $14.59 - $16.27/hr Depending on ExperiencePrideStaff is working with Clients throughout the greater Fairfax County area who are experiencing peak volumes due to COVID-19. We strive to do our part in keeping these essential businesses afloat. As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will perform a variety of administrative clerical office functions. You will provide office support in medical centers and offices. Essential Job Functions include: Scheduling and managing calendarsAnswering phone calls and relaying messagesProviding information and customer serviceFiling paperwork and verifying insuranceGenerating reports using various MS Office applicationsPreparing and monitoring invoices and expense reportsJob Requirements:Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators with outstanding customer service skills and empathy.
